Who Is PSEF Help India?
PUJA Social Empowerment Foundation (PSEF), operating as PSEF Help India, is a non-governmental organisation headquartered in Shahdol, Madhya Pradesh. Founded with the vision of Seva · Shakti · Samriddhi (Service · Strength · Prosperity), PSEF works at the intersection of social welfare, women empowerment, education, health, and rural development.
The foundation is led by Er. Ajay Kumar, a civil engineer-turned-social entrepreneur who gave up a corporate career to serve the marginalized communities of his home district.

What We Do
1. Women Empowerment (Mahila Sashaktikaran)
- 120+ Self-Help Groups across Shahdol district
- Vocational training: stitching, handicraft, beauty, digital skills
- Legal awareness and domestic violence support
- Linkage to Ladli Behna, PM Awas, and other welfare schemes
2. Education (Shiksha Programme)
- 18 Remedial Learning Centres (Shiksha Kendras)
- Scholarship assistance for 500+ students annually
- Dropout prevention and re-enrolment
- 12 digital classrooms in tribal schools
3. Health (Swasthya Seva)
- 12–15 free health camps per month across villages
- Mother and child nutrition programme
- Sickle cell, malaria, and TB awareness and treatment
- 8,500+ patients treated in FY 2024–25
4. Skill Development (Kaushal Vikas)
- Computer, electrician, mobile repair, beauty, plumbing courses
- PMKVY 4.0 registered training partner
- 780 youth placed in employment in FY 2024–25
5. Govt Scheme Assistance (Sarkari Yojana Sahayata)
- PM Kisan, Ladli Behna, Ayushman Bharat, PM Awas

Our Impact Story
Since inception, PSEF has maintained a singular focus: serve the most vulnerable, with dignity and without discrimination.
Unlike many NGOs that work only in accessible areas, PSEF's teams trek to remote tribal hamlets, cross seasonal rivers, and work in areas with no mobile network — because that's where help is needed most.
Er. Ajay Kumar puts it simply: "Development organizations are most needed where they are hardest to operate. That's exactly where we work."
