Programme Overview
About This Programme
Madhya Pradesh has a large working-age youth population, but limited access to formal skill training — particularly in rural and tribal districts.
PSEF's Kaushal Vikas programme bridges this gap by running Skill Training Centres in partnership with NSDC, Skill India Mission, and MPSSDEGB — offering short-term, NCVT-accredited courses.
We focus on trades with high local employment potential: construction, electrical, plumbing, welding, tailoring, food processing, and digital skills.
Our placement support team actively links trained youth with employers, self-employment opportunities, and government schemes like PM Mudra Yojana.

Key Activities
Vocational Training Centres

Tailoring & Garments

Digital Skills Training

Basic computer operations, MS Office, DTP, and internet skills for rural youth — aligned with Skill India Digital curriculum.
Food Processing & Preservation
खाद्य प्रसंस्करण
Pickle, papad, jam, spice, and dairy product making for women SHGs — with FSSAI registration support for small enterprises.
Self-Employment Support
स्वरोजगार सहायता
Business plan counselling, PM Mudra Yojana linkage, and mentoring for youth starting micro-enterprises post-training.
Placement Drives
रोजगार मेले
Quarterly job fairs connecting trained youth with employers from Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, and National Capital Region.
