Programme Overview
About This Programme
Sustainable development requires strong community institutions — water management committees, active panchayats, and cohesive social networks that collectively address shared challenges.
PSEF's Samudayik Vikas programme works at the gram panchayat level to build capacity, improve WASH infrastructure, and foster social harmony across caste and community lines.
We facilitate community-led planning processes, help villages access MGNREGS and PMGSY funds effectively, and support disaster preparedness and relief operations.
The programme also addresses social issues — caste discrimination, communal harmony, and inclusion of PwD and elderly — through structured community dialogue.
PSEF स्वच्छ जल, स्वच्छता, पंचायत क्षमता निर्माण और सामाजिक सद्भावना कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से ग्रामीण समुदायों को सशक्त बनाता है।

Key Activities
WASH Infrastructure
जल एवं स्वच्छता
Community water purification units, hand pump rehabilitation, household toilet construction support, and ODF village campaigns.
Panchayat Capacity Building
पंचायत क्षमता निर्माण
Training elected panchayat members (especially women) on MGNREGS planning, budget tracking, and RTI usage.
Disaster Relief
आपदा राहत
Emergency relief (food, clothes, medicines) during floods and droughts, and community-level disaster preparedness training.
Social Harmony Campaigns

Inter-caste dialogue programmes, inclusion of SC/ST communities, and anti-discrimination awareness in schools and villages.
Senior Citizen & PwD Support
वरिष्ठ नागरिक एवं दिव्यांग सहायता
Old age pension linkage, disability certificate support, UDID card facilitation, and assistive device distribution camps.
Village Development Plans
ग्राम विकास योजना
Participatory village development planning, linking gram sabha priorities with government schemes and CSR funding.
