What is Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY?

Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY), also known as Ayushman Bharat, is the world's largest government-funded health insurance scheme. Under this scheme, ₹5 lakh per family per year is provided for cashless secondary and tertiary hospitalization treatment.

Getting Your Ayushman Bharat Golden Card

The Golden Card is the physical card that allows you to avail cashless treatment at empanelled hospitals.

Documents Required:

• Aadhaar Card
• Ration Card (BPL/state)
• Mobile number linked to Aadhaar
• Samagra ID (for MP residents)
